It’s that time again!! Author & Illustrator Day at Giffen Memorial Elementary School will soon be upon us. This year we will be doing things a bit differently. It will be on FRIDAY, March 9th. This will allow all the students to meet their authors/illustrators and receive a free book!

The students will get to meet them as part of the school day and the public will be able to come after school to buy books and get them signed. We will need people to set up at different times on Friday and be there to help during the afternoon and early evening.

Since we will be providing a book for every child in the school, anyone can help with the cost by putting an ad in the program or adding their name to the sponsor list. Cost for ads are: 1/4 page is $35, 1/2 page is $60 and full page is $100. So, if you have a business you’d like to advertise, please consider doing this. Putting a name on the sponsor list is $35.
