Bread for the World Offering of Letters

Our annual Bread for the World Offering of Letters will be held On Sunday. May 21, 2023. You will have the opportunity to write to your members of Congress who have the power to impact the policies and programs that can end hunger.

By asking our legislators to support the Farm Bill (reauthorized every 5 years) we will help support domestic nutrition programs like SNAP (food stamps), as well as funding for critical international food assistance programs.

We will have a representative from Bread for the World at our Adult Education class who will provide more detailed information about the Farm Bill. There will be time immediately after Adult Education and during Fellowship time after the service to write your letters. Supplies will be provided.
